What to Check for: You are responsible for correct grammar/spelling, information within the ad and photo usage.

PDFs: Due to attachment size requirements, we email low-resolution PDF proofs. This may affect the color and sharpness of the ad on your screen; viewing on a mobile device may significantly darken colors.

Revisions: Revisions should be condensed into one email. You may make up to 3 rounds of revisions per ad. Additional revisions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional costs.

Auto-Approval: If, after 24 hours, we haven’t heard from you, we will consider your ad approved and ready for print. We reserve the right to print before 24 hours in the event of the publishing deadline.
