PERFORMANCE MENTOR PROGRAM
PERFORMANCE MENTORS
Performance Mentors are experienced performance enthusiasts willing to educate RRCUS members and others interested in training and competing with their Ridgebacks in companion and/or performance events. Performance Mentors will provide support and guidance on training, how to enter trials and what to expect, and conditioning necessary for the different events.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PERFORMANCE MENTOR
To be a Performance Mentor, you:
- Must be a RRCUS member in good standing.
- Will have competed for at least 3 years and earned titles on Ridgeback(s) in your listed event(s).
All mentors will be approved by the Performance Committee (PC) and the RRCUS Board. The PC will review the list annually to ensure all mentors are providing guidance when requested and are still interested in being a part of the program. Mentors will be listed on the RRCUS website by geographic area and specific events. There is no limit to the number of mentors. Any qualified individuals that are interested in volunteering will be considered.

- List of performance events trained/titled with a Ridgeback
- Titles earned (highest level where applicable)
- Areas of expertise in which you would like to be listed as a mentor
- How long you have been competing in performance events with a Ridgeback
